Składniki:
2 szklanki mąki
0,5 szklanki cukru
1 szklanka maślanki
1/4 szklanki oleju
1 jajko
1 łyżeczka sody
0,5 łyżeczki cynamonu
dodatkowo
1 łyżka cukru zmieszanego z odrobiną cynamonu
Wykonanie:
W jednej misce połączyłam sypkie składniki, w drugiej mokre. Mokre wlałam do suchych, przemieszałam łyżką niezbyt dokładnie i wylałam do formy wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia. Wierzch ciasta posypałam cukrem z cynamonem, po upieczeniu utworzyła się fajna skorupka. Piekłam około 40 minut w temperaturze 180 stopni.
Ozdobiłam własnoręcznie wykonaną posypką cukrową.
