Chciałam zrobić coś w rodzaju takich placuszków, tylko w panierce z sosem pomidorowo cebulowym, pisałam o nim tutaj. Trudno podać dokładną ilość składników, bo to dania, które robi się "na oko", ale spróbuję.
Składniki:
ponad kg ugotowanych ziemniaków
ok. 6 łyżek mąki pszennej
1 jajko
przyprawa do ziemniaków
2 cebulę
1 puszka pomidorów
4 łyżki jogurtu naturalnego
lubczyk, kozieradka
sól i cukier
Wykonanie:
Ziemniaki ugotowałam, dokładnie ugniotłam tłuczkiem i odstawiłam do wystudzenia. Cebulkę drobno pokroiłam i lekko poddusiłam na 1 łyżce oleju, dodałam puszkę pomidorów i całość smażyłam, aż większość wody odparowała. Doprawiłam jogurtem, lubczykiem, kozieradką, solą i cukrem i całość przełożyłam do wystudzonych ziemniaków. Dodałam mąkę, jajko i przyprawę do ziemniaków, całość wymieszałam dłonią. Ciasto miało dosyć lekką i klejącą konsystencję, więc porcję ciasta łyżką kładłam na talerz z bułką tartą i wtedy łatwiej było formować kotlety, które smażyłam z dwóch stron na gorącym oleju. Przed podaniem oszuszałam je papierowym ręcznikiem.
Mimo, że to danie do zdrowych nie należy, a nawet jest dosyć ciężkie, to było naprawdę smaczne i jeszcze do niego wrócę. Mnie kotleciki najlepiej smakowały z kleksem zwykłego jogurtu naturalnego, a mężowi z dipem czosnkowym.
