Kluski z suchej bułki.

Takie kluski to dobry sposób na wykorzystanie  czerstwych bułek. W starych  książkach kucharskich można znaleźć podobne  przepisy, często z dodatkiem tłuszczu, ja uważam go za zbędny dodatek.


Składniki:
2 suche bułki
1 jajko
czosnek
koperek lub szczypiorek
sól i dowolne przyprawy


Wykonanie:
Bułki namaczam w wodzie, odciskam porządnie, dodaje do nich jajko, zioła i przyprawy. Dla uzyskania odpowiedniej konsystencji dodaję bułkę tartą. Formuję dłońmi kluski, wrzucam na 2 minuty do wrzątku. Podaję z kawałkiem mięsa, buraczkami, polewam sosem pomidorowym, ale sądzę, że byłyby pyszne z sosem grzybowym. Są pyszne, zwarte i nie smakują jak mokra buła:)
